Fees, Insurance & Cancellations

Fees

Therapy is an investment in your wellbeing.
The standard length of a counselling session is 50 minutes, with extended 75-minute sessions available upon request.

Nomii follows the BCACC recommended rate for experienced counsellors:

  • Individual Counselling: $140–$165

  • Couples Counselling: $210–$235

Payment is due at the end of each session and can be made by e-transfer or any major credit card. Receipts are provided upon payment. Outstanding balances must be settled before your next appointment.

Insurance

Many extended health plans offer partial or full coverage for counselling with a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC).

A limited number of sliding scale spots may be available upon request.

Cancellations

We know that life can surprise you and create some necessary changes in your schedule. To accommodate a waitlist and to provide space for other clients who may wish to have a session, 48-hours notice is required for any session changes or cancellations.

Cancellations made within 48-hours of your appointment are subject to the full session fee ($140-165/individual and $210-235/family & relationship).
